LA Building Services is a well established building company offering building services throughout London and the South East.

We are dedicated to delivering high quality building, construction and maintenance services to the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.

LA Building Services undertake a range of works using traditional building methods.

Our work includes extensions, refurbishment and general maintenance.

Following any client request, we are happy to prepare necessary plans and obtain appropriate planning and building control approval. For each job we prepare a detailed specification of works including a timed programme of construction through to completion stage. Finally when our work is finished, we hand-over with a completion certificate from building control.

We have built up an excellent reputation with our clients and have often had the pleasure of working with many established architects.

Much of our work comes from referrals from previous customers as we are committed to offering a first class service aimed at exceeding our client's expectations.
