He also took the time to go that extra mile and check things like the depth of the existing foundations before starting the job. Arturas himself is a pleasure to work with and manages to remain calm in the face relentless questions from someone like me who is genuinely clueless about the building trade.
When any issues were encountered (which the inevitably are in a large building project) they were dealt with promptly and he would always go out of his way to ensure we were inconvenienced as little as possible during the works.
His team are extremely hard working, conscientious and courteous and always left the site tidy at the end of the day. Now that they have finished we thrilled with the way the extension turned out and have had lots of comments from friends and family about how good it looks. I would recommend Arturas to anybody and we will definitely be using him again in the near future for another project.
